
I loved that boundary space between contemporary dance and experimental theatre, where movement and surrealism and nudity all seemed to sit naturally together.

I guess I tired a little of the literality of some of it (coming out of the closet, anyone...?).

But this trio of photos brought back a smile and some happy memories.

At first I thought he was coming out of a cupboard and I was terribly confused.
Maybe you're right -- maybe this piece is operating at a symbolic level far above my ken.
