This chap is listed as "sous chef".
He is, apparently, a bit embarrassed at the whiteness of his skin -- because he spends all day indoors, cooking.
He's clearly gone bananas with the shaving thing.
But there's a strong, warm feeling about him.
Great portraiture. Art, even. Lovely.
